The hour a week I spent doing yoga with Adriana really set me up for the week, it was so relaxing and saved me many aches and pains throughout my pregnancy.
6 weeks after giving birth I started seeing Adriana again, she worked me back to strength slowly and safely which was exactly what I needed. She is always happy to listen to suggestions or if you want to do anything differently and is always encouraging with what she believes your capabilities are.
