[Bring-your-baby yoga is] “A great class to attend with your little one. Adriana makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and creates a friendly atmosphere to work out for you and your baby. The music she chooses makes my son immediately relax. He loves when I move and stretch snapping my fingers to entertain him and when all together we sing nursery rhymes to the little ones. Great for strengthening your pelvic floor, correcting your posture and stretches to help relieve shoulder and back pain. Recommend to all new mums.”
